About us


The TAG on Public Policy, Legislation and Regulation analyze and disseminate those aspects covering the legislative substrate and national and international regulations that govern port activities and so take advantage of experiences to promote the approximation of national legislation to international standards. Analyze scenario generation for port and associated investment and contractual arrangements that allow investors of the public and private sectors appreciate its benefits. Also emphasize the conditions in which it accesses the provision of such services, the regulation of tariffs and labor standards.
